Engine cannot run without choke. Requires 3/4 choke engagement for decent power. Engine dies under load when choke is disengaged after 30 seconds. Owner has performed extensive troubleshooting including valve lapping, timing adjustment, spark plugs, wires, points, condenser, carburettor rebuild and swap.
