Known Issues
I am quite embarrassed because I can’t figure out where to pour in hydraulic fluid on my John Deere 3005 tractor. Help me out??
Does anyone know of a way to fix this tire without taking off the rim and and taking it to a tire shop?
I have a John Deere 3005 tractor. I was running the tractor for about a half hour today then suddenly my tractor sputtered and stopped, I figured it was a fuel flow problem. First, I looked at the water, fuel, separator filter and sure enough it was dirty. I took out the filter and cleaned it off and assume that would fix the issue. I reassembled the filter and bowl, but the bowl didn’t seem to want to fill up with fuel. The fuel pump is clicking, so I believe the fuel pump is working. I installed a new fuel solenoid a couple months ago, even though my old one turned out to be good still. So, I’m not sure what the issue is still? Here’s a question I have, I believe the bowl needs to be completely filled with fuel for the fuel pump to get fuel to pump. if I turn the breather valve at the bottom of the bowl and try to turn on the engine. I can hear fuel dripping into the bowl. Any expertise here is much appreciated to fix my issue!
