Good Deal? 2017 Kioti CK4010 HST

Just agreed to purchase a 2017 Kioti CK4010 HST w/ 305 hours on it. Comes with a bucket, Grapple with 3rd function, a bush hog. AND a 2022 flat bed trailer. Appears well maintained. Need a tie rod end, a left heading and a new home. Lady wanted $21,00 (husband died). She had the original invoices and seemed to have gotten a good deal in 2017: <21 k with the front loader and bush hog (but no grapple or bucket. $3,700 for the trailer in 2022. Has a few problems: needs a tie rod end, seat is cracked/broken, Slight hydraulic leak on 3rd function connections (probably needs cleaning), grill is dinged and hard to open hood. And the horn doesn't work (lol - deal breaker? I'm thinking I scored for a 40 HP tractor with all the implements AND a trailer.
