Kioti CS2520

I purchased new Kioti CS2520 less than 3 years ago and tachometer stopped incrementing at 108.5 hours. Everything else on the dash appears to be functioning properly. When ignition is turned on digital tachometer goes through a self-check (digital display goes through circular motion and then hours are displayed), so actual display is working. This off course is not covered under warranty and just to take it to and from the Kioti dealer is going to cost me $150.00. Not terrible but not something I was expecting to fail within first 3 years of owning this tractor. This isn't fuse related as there is a 5A fuse for combimeter/dash and fuse is healthy. Without healthy fuse dash is completely dark. The fuse actually did fail couple of times prior already which tells me there is probably another problem (or hopefully the same). Anyone had a similar problem with Kioti where just tachometer stops working but rest of the dash is healthy?

Hey y'all, We have purchased 35 acres of mostly wooded land where we are going to build a home. There is a trail around about half of the property that you can drive a truck on. We will also have a gravel driveway that's about 500 yards total. So looking for something to pull a brush hog on the trail to keep it usable, move some gravel and do light grading from time to time, a small bit of snow removal (we live in VA, a few inches of snow is basically declared an emergency), and also maybe move a bit of fallen timber around. Then subcompact CS2520 seems like it checks all of those boxes, but I've never owned any tractor before. Just wondering if people think it's cut out for the relatively light duty jobs we have in mind? We are skipping the mid-month mower deck as for the same cost (or less) we can pick up a zero turn mower or smaller riding mower that will probably do a way better job and overall be less of burden to deal with. Obviously another engine to maintain but seems worth it over dealing with attaching and removing a mid mount deck and manuevering that beast around the yard. We've got less than an acre that will need mowed. The local dealership is currently running a deal that puts it at about 15k brand new with the front loader, free delivery, 6 year power train warranty, and 0% financing for the 6 years at no added cost to the cash price. And...a free hat... Thoughts?
