Known Issues
We have a Kubota m5-091 Narrow Cab tractor that is used for spraying vineyards. The tractor has approx. 6500 hours on it. The problem we are having is the front end locks up randomly and the 4 wheel drive doesn’t engage. Dealer said the entire front end needs to be replaced and then they need to do tractor split to figure out what else is wrong. Quote I got was for $8,600. $4,800 labor $2,877 parts This is the minimum right now and they said once they do the tractor split there could be additional hours needed. Total labor hours could be 25 to 50 hours and additional parts. Based on 6500 hours is it worth it to get this fixed or possibly replace?
